The Unit Manager drives end‑to‑end delivery coordination, governing sprint progress, risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, QA and support pods. Based in Pune corporate office, this on‑site role requires 3‑6 years of business analysis experience in mobile/digital domains and strong agile execution skills.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle from requirement inception to production rollout
• Drive project planning, execution tracking and milestone governance
• Maintain sprint progress, risk logs and dependency trackers
• Facilitate daily/weekly governance reviews and transparent reporting
• Act as central communication bridge between business, engineering, QA and DevOps teams
• Ensure adherence to agile practices, delivery timelines and defined scope

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably Computer Science/IT

Nice to have

• 3-6 years of Business Analysis/Product/Digital experience
• 1-5 years mobile app domain experience
• Strong experience with digital products (mobile/web)
• Proficient in Agile/DevOps environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
