About the role

The Unit Manager leads end‑to‑end development, collaborates with product owners, and ensures operational stability of AI services. Based in Pune corporate office, on‑site work required.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain autonomous AI agents using LLM frameworks
- Develop core infrastructure and reusable components for agent-based AI systems
- Design and fine-tune prompts and LLMs for business process automation
- Implement self-learning frameworks for real-time edge learning
- Collaborate with product owners to create modular, enterprise-grade architecture
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years AI/ML experience
- Proficiency in Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, Java
- Experience with prompt engineering and agent orchestration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, or equivalents
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or LangGraph
- Understanding of Power Automate and Power BI
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
