As a Senior Unit Manager, you will lead development of core infrastructure, oversee agent orchestration, and ensure scalable, secure integration with enterprise systems. Based in Pune, on-site work model, with opportunities to shape cutting‑edge AI platforms.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain autonomous AI agents using LLM frameworks
- Develop core infrastructure and reusable components for agent-based AI systems
- Design and optimize prompts, fine-tune LLMs with proprietary data
- Implement self-learning frameworks for real-time edge learning
- Collaborate with product owners to create modular, enterprise-grade architecture
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years AI/ML experience
- Proficiency in Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, Java
- Experience with prompt engineering and agent orchestration
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or LangGraph
- Knowledge of Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
