About the role

Tech Mahindra seeks a Tech Lead in Mumbai to drive IT Asset Management initiatives using the ServiceNow platform. The role involves designing and optimizing ITAM processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This position requires strong analytical skills and expertise in ServiceNow ITAM functionalities.

What you’ll do

  • Lead design, implementation, and optimization of ITAM processes within ServiceNow
  • Conduct assessments of current ITAM practices and provide improvement recommendations
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define asset management requirements
  • Develop and maintain ITAM policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance
  • Provide training and support to end users on ITAM processes and tools
  • Monitor and report on asset lifecycle management including procurement and disposal
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT Asset Management

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT Asset Management with ServiceNow focus
  • Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow ITAM module and related functionalities
  • Experience developing and implementing ITAM strategies and processes

Nice to have

  • Certifications in IT Asset Management or ServiceNow
  • Experience with ITIL framework and best practices
  • Familiarity with software licensing and compliance management
  • Knowledge of cloud asset management and emerging technologies
