About the role
Tech Transformation team at Bajaj Finance drives AI strategy and oversees the AI Projects & PMO for DMS transformation. The role defines use cases, evaluates AI solutions, manages end‑to‑end implementation, and monitors adoption and impact across the organization. Pune corporate office, on‑site, hybrid schedule as needed, with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Identify AI use cases with business teams
- Evaluate market AI capabilities and build in‑house solutions
- Manage end‑to‑end implementation and delivery of AI capabilities
- Track and monitor effectiveness, drive adoption across organization
- Conduct cost‑benefit and value analysis for AI initiatives
- Publish monthly trackers, KRAs and KPIs to stakeholders
What you’ll bring
B.E./B.Tech or equivalent
Nice to have
- 12–18 years experience in AI and leading PMO/portfolio governance in BFSI
- Strong financial acumen
- Vendor governance and executive stakeholder management
- Delivery assurance across complex cross‑functional programs
- Hands‑on experience with ZBB, BPR/DPR, Draw.io and process mapping
