About the role
Tech Transformation team at Bajaj Finance leads the strategy, design, development, and operations of the DMS customer mobile app and web portal. The role defines multi‑year product roadmaps, drives solutioning across Android, iOS, and responsive web stacks, and owns release calendars, rollout plans, and operational excellence. Pune Corporate Office – Weikfield, on‑site work model, with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Define multi‑year roadmap for DMS app and web, prioritizing features based on business value and compliance
- Lead solutioning and development across Android, iOS, and responsive web, ensuring integration with core systems and payment gateways
- Own release calendars, approval gates, rollout/rollback plans, and hypercare frameworks
- Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and weekly/monthly leadership reviews
- Ensure documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, FAQs, and user guides
What you’ll bring
- 12-18 years experience leading high‑scale app/web products
- B.E./B.Tech degree
- Product management certification
- Cloud, security/privacy knowledge
- Agile/SAFe experience
