About the role
IT Department at Tech Mahindra designs and builds integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors. As a Tech Lead, you will design, develop, and implement integration flows between SuccessFactors and external systems, migrating from Dell Boomi to SAP CPI, and lead a team to ensure seamless data exchange. Hyderabad, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Design integration solutions between SuccessFactors and external systems
- Develop and configure SAP CPI interfaces and iFlows
- Migrate existing integration workloads from Dell Boomi to SAP CPI
- Lead and mentor a technical team delivering integration projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years SAP CPI development experience
- SAP CPI certification preferred
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations (Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management)
- Experience migrating from Dell Boomi to SAP CPI
- Proficiency in integration protocols SOAP, REST, OData
