What you’ll do
- Partner with product managers and PV experts to translate requirements into scalable digital capabilities
- Define technical direction, architecture standards, and engineering patterns for patient safety platforms
- Design and develop microservices, APIs, UI components, and integrations using Java and ReactJS
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and secure coding practices
- Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, and audit requirements
- Monitor service health, reliability, and performance metrics
- Mentor junior engineers and promote proactive monitoring culture
- Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics and AI‑assisted tools
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years full‑stack engineering
- Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
- AWS services (Lambda, ECS, RDS, etc.)
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- BPM platforms (Camunda, Bonitasoft)
- GxP validation and audit experience
- AI‑assisted development tools
