About the role
Branch Control Unit (BCU) at Axis Bank drives gold loan operational excellence, overseeing process management, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance. Based in Mumbai with an on‑site work model, the position offers exposure to end‑to‑end gold loan operations and cross‑functional project delivery.
What you’ll do
- Manage branch support queries and customer complaints within TAT
- Oversee vendor billing, bill payment, and equipment calibration
- Coordinate system enhancements, UATs, and BIU reporting
- Prepare, publish, and monitor SOPs, EDMs, and governance dashboards
- Handle audit activities across EGRC, RBI, and regulatory frameworks
- Support new project initiatives and branch expansion efforts
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree
- 2‑10 years core banking experience, preferably in gold loan operations
