What you’ll do
- Review contracts and ensure financial system accuracy
- Reconcile billings and accounts receivable monthly
- Create invoices and credit memos
- Perform data cleansing and validation
- Assist finance in monthly revenue forecasting
- Provide detailed financial information to stakeholders
- Support consultants and executive assistants with technical queries
- Execute ad‑hoc finance projects
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years billing/AR experience in professional services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with NetSuite
- Familiarity with Concur
