Sales Quality Senior Data Analyst

About the role

HSBC Sales Quality team drives governance and risk control for sales operations, ensuring high‑quality data and audit readiness. The Senior Data Analyst owns end‑to‑end delivery governance, manages RAID, produces dashboards and MI for senior stakeholders, and supports testing coordination and control uplift. Bangalore, Karnataka, India – on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end delivery governance for initiatives
• Manage RAID with clear owners and actions
• Run governance cadence including working groups and steering updates
• Produce status dashboards, narrative updates and escalation reports
• Build repeatable reporting packs and trackers
• Quality‑assure closure evidence and artefacts
• Support testing coordination and control uplift plans
• Improve issue/action closure quality

What you’ll bring

• 6-8 years experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Project delivery governance experience in financial services
• Risk & control activities experience
• Dashboard and data visualization expertise
• Stakeholder management and executive communication
• Agile delivery certification or risk control qualifications
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
