Finance Systems Analyst, D365 Finance & Operations

About the role

Finance Systems team supports the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The analyst provides day‑to‑day operational support for finance processes, resolves system issues, configures minor enhancements, and collaborates with Finance, IT, and external teams. Role based in Delhi with a hybrid work model, combining on‑site collaboration and remote work.

What you’ll do

• Provide operational support and issue resolution for D365 Finance & Operations
• Configure system settings and deploy patches under direction
• Maintain data integrity, user access, and role reviews
• Collaborate with Finance and Project Operations teams to ensure smooth billing, timesheets, and month‑end close
• Participate in testing, including UAT and regression, and document outcomes

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years supporting ERP or business systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, and project accounting processes
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
