About the role
Finance Systems Team at JLL supports real estate finance operations by maintaining JDE & Aravo data, configuring financial structures for new clients, and generating monthly and ad‑hoc reports. The analyst enters sensitive data, resolves system issues for Facility Managers, collaborates with VDM and client finance teams, and contributes to automation projects. Gurugram, HR, India – On‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Enter and maintain data in JDE & Aravo systems
- Set up financial structures for new clients to enable purchase orders
- Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc reports using E1 and ReportsNow
- Act as point of contact for Facility Managers to resolve system issues
- Collaborate closely with VDM and client finance teams
- Participate in automation projects and query resolution
- Support system configuration for new client onboarding
- Work autonomously and within a team environment
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience with JDE
- Familiarity with JDE E1 financials
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables with changing priorities
- Proactive problem‑solving approach
