Senior Analyst - Finance Systems

About the role

First Citizens India seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Finance Systems team in Bangalore, operating on a hybrid model. The role focuses on administering and optimizing Coupa Cloud and PeopleSoft Financial systems to drive procurement efficiencies and financial compliance. Day-to-day duties include configuring workflows, managing releases, and providing functional support to finance stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Lead design, configuration, workflow, permissions, and administration of Coupa Cloud applications
• Support platform configuration including COA, approval chains, business rules, custom forms, and flex fields
• Manage release processes including testing, validation, and deployment of system updates
• Partner with Accounts Payable and finance teams to streamline operations and reporting
• Provide user training and documentation to ensure adoption and best practices
• Analyze data for accuracy, trends, and potential efficiencies to communicate insights
• Produce advanced reports and build custom dashboards to track cycle times and compliance metrics
• Provide expert functional support for systems and partner with IT for enhancements

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience with enterprise-scale Coupa or PeopleSoft Financial systems (AP & Expense Modules)
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience
• Strong expertise in Coupa Cloud Procurement, Invoice, and Expense management
• Experience in Finance technology domain within Banking or Financial Services
