About the role
Finance Systems team at Kyndryl supports finance-related systems and automates processes using VBScript. The analyst develops, executes, troubleshoots, and maintains VBS automations, validates outputs, and supports functional, regression, and automation testing while handling incidents, problem, and change management under ITSM processes. Hybrid role based in Bangalore with additional locations in Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Mumbai.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain VBS automations for finance systems
- Troubleshoot script, interface, and data issues
- Validate automated outputs and support testing activities
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change activities per ITSM processes
- Document scripts, procedures, and knowledge articles
- Collaborate with finance users and technical teams to gather requirements
