Principal Product Manager

About the role

Kantata Cloud Product Management team builds tools that help professional services firms optimize resource planning and delivery. As a Principal Product Manager you will act as the Product Owner for an agile team, writing user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market partners to deliver high‑impact features. Remote, India, with occasional in‑person events as needed.

What you’ll do

• Own product backlog and prioritize features for agile team
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
• Lead sprint ceremonies and coordinate cross‑functional execution
• Gather customer feedback and data to iterate product experience
• Collaborate on roadmap planning and define product KPIs
• Ensure documentation and communication of product changes

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years product management or product ownership experience
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and hands‑on team collaboration
• Proficient in writing user stories and managing backlogs
• Excellent communication for technical and non‑technical audiences
• Highly organized, multitasking in fast‑paced environment
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence or similar tools
• Experience in B2B SaaS environment
