About the role

Acceldata Product Management team drives data observability solutions for enterprise customers. The Principal Product Manager defines vision and roadmap, mentors a team of product managers, and leads a 40+ engineer group to deliver and scale data products. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define product vision and long‑term strategy
• Create and prioritize roadmap with engineering and stakeholders
• Mentor product managers and provide strategic insights
• Collaborate with 40+ engineers to execute roadmap
• Drive decisions on trade‑offs and feature prioritization
• Communicate product plans to diverse audiences
• Analyze market gaps and technical trends
• Ensure product aligns with data observability goals

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years product development experience
• 7+ years product management experience
• 3+ years enterprise data product experience
• Deep technical understanding of data platforms
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading cross‑functional collaboration
