About the role
UL Solutions Learning & Development team drives end-to-end learning initiatives to build capability across the organization. The Senior Learning & Development Specialist conducts needs analysis, designs and implements programs, facilitates workshops, and measures impact using data and Oracle Learning Cloud. Bangalore, India, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Support development and execution of annual learning and development plan aligned to business needs
- Conduct training needs analysis and translate requirements into effective learning solutions
- Implement and manage learning programs to achieve desired business outcomes
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and supervisory‑level audiences
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through data and insights
- Collaborate with LMS team to enhance Oracle Learning Cloud utilization and learner experience
- Manage relationships with external vendors, trainers, and consultants
- Lead or support L&D and organizational development projects, including change initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud or similar LMS platforms
- Strong experience in training facilitation, program implementation, and learning evaluation
- Familiarity with training needs analysis and learning effectiveness frameworks
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
