About the role

Godrej Group Learning Operations team drives end‑to‑end execution of learning initiatives, governance and reporting across the enterprise. The Senior Executive coordinates program planning, LMS administration, stakeholder and vendor management, and builds Power BI dashboards to track learning metrics. Mumbai office, on‑site work model, with flexible work options and comprehensive benefits.

What you’ll do

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of learning interventions including planning, scheduling and logistics
• Own learning calendar and ensure timely delivery of programs
• Establish governance frameworks, SOPs and process documentation
• Develop and publish learning dashboards, MIS reports and executive scorecards
• Manage relationships with business leaders, HR partners and external learning vendors

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years experience in learning operations
• Strong understanding of LMS (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone)
• Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience managing multiple learning initiatives
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
