Aster DM Healthcare, a leading private healthcare provider in India and GCC, seeks a Senior Executive in Learning & Development to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee capabilities across its hospitals and clinics. The role involves assessing learning needs, developing curriculum, coordinating workshops, and measuring training impact. The candidate will collaborate with HR, clinical leaders, and external vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills are essential. The position is based in Bangalore Metropolitan Area and requires on-site presence. The incumbent will also manage learning technology platforms, support succession planning, and contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in healthcare or large multi‑site organizations is preferred, but not mandatory. The role offers an opportunity to shape the learning strategy of a rapidly expanding healthcare network.
