About the role
AI Architecture Team at Kyndryl designs and delivers end‑to‑end agentic AI platforms for enterprise customers. The Principal Architect defines deployment topologies, security patterns, and integration frameworks that connect AI agents with ITSM, cloud services, and data repositories. Works primarily from Bangalore with a hybrid model, collaborating across multiple Indian locations. Leads technical governance, produces architectural blueprints, and mentors engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable AI solutions.
What you’ll do
- Architect target‑state AI frameworks and runtimes
- Define security, access, and compliance guardrails
- Create reference architectures and NFR matrices
- Design integration patterns for ServiceNow, GitHub, SharePoint
- Develop RAG pipelines and vector search strategies
- Review engineering designs for alignment with standards
- Produce blueprints and lead technical governance
- Guide teams through ARB and production readiness
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years enterprise/cloud architecture
- 3+ years GenAI/LLM platform design
