Associate Principal AI Architect

About the role

Unify the technical onboarding and integration of the Anthropic Claude platform while leading knowledge transfer from outgoing providers. This Associate Principal Architect serves as the primary escalation point for L1.5/L2 support, ensuring BAU readiness through runbook development and governance partnership. The role is based in Bangalore, India, with a full-time employment model.

What you’ll do

• Lead onboarding and configuration of Anthropic Claude platform tenant and integrations
• Lead formal knowledge-transfer exercises with outgoing providers
• Develop and validate L1.5/L2 support runbooks and documentation
• Provide architecture-level support and escalation for Priority 1/2 incidents
• Administer Anthropic platform APIs and associated products
• Support enterprise role-based access control enablement
• Partner with Security Architect on guardrail and policy governance
• Deliver consulting engagements including prompt-library tuning and agent design

What you’ll bring

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years in solution/platform architecture
• Experience with AI/ML or GenAI platform integration
• Anthropic Claude Certified Architect (CCA-F) or commitment to obtain
• Proven experience architecting enterprise SaaS/AI platforms
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM platforms

Nice to have

• Production experience with Claude Code, Cowork, Design, or Agents
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM-based operating models
• Familiarity with FinOps practices for AI usage reporting
• Experience supporting proof-of-concept to production transitions
