About the role

What you’ll do
- Define long‑term vision and strategy for Associate Experience
- Establish multi‑year product roadmap spanning workforce development and intelligence
- Define metrics to measure and improve workforce effectiveness
- Drive product strategy across multiple engineering teams
- Influence senior leadership on investments to improve associate capability and customer outcomes
- Partner with Engineering, Applied Science and Business Intelligence to translate insights into product capabilities
- Author strategy documents and investment narratives for senior leadership
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years technical product or program management experience
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience leading greenfield product initiatives
- Experience in enterprise software or workforce technology
