Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Talent Acquisition Intern on Branch's recruitment team, supporting end-to-end hiring for the fintech's rapid growth. Works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers. Remote, full-time internship based in India, standard business hours IST.

What you’ll do

• Support recruiters throughout the recruitment process
• Screen candidate applications against hiring criteria
• Conduct outreach and screening conversations
• Coordinate interview logistics and manage schedules
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Partner with recruiters to keep pipelines organized
• Assist with sourcing candidates via job portals and referrals
• Support talent acquisition initiatives and process improvements

What you’ll bring

• Final-year student or recent graduate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and detail orientation
• Proficient with Google Workspace
• Proactive, collaborative mindset
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Prior internship or project experience in HR or talent acquisition (advantage)
• Familiarity with job boards or recruitment tools (plus)
