About the role

Talent Acquisition team at Paytm supports the company's rapid growth by sourcing and hiring talent across the organization. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, HR screening calls, and maintaining recruitment trackers, while also supporting employer branding and campus hiring initiatives. Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, on-site, 3 days onsite, relocation assistance may be available.

What you’ll do

• Assist Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates via job portals and LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates per job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Support offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
