Recruitment Team at Guidepoint builds a diverse talent pipeline and strengthens employer branding. The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Talent Acquisition Lead with sourcing, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and campus event coordination in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, India. What you’ll do

• Report to and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead
• Assist with recruitment strategy, job postings, sourcing, and diversity recruiting
• Build talent pipeline via Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Support early career recruitment and campus fair outreach
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications

• Interest in Talent Acquisition
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work fast-paced environment
• High independence and self-motivation
• Available at least three days a week
• Start no later than Sep 2026
