About the role

Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Manufacturing Engineering team at Medtronic builds software that modernizes and automates manufacturing processes for medical devices. The Senior Enterprise Software Engineer designs and develops Flutter/Dart cross‑platform applications, integrates hardware via TCP/IP, MQTT/AMQP/ROS, and creates CI/CD pipelines with Docker to ensure reliable, compliant production. What you’ll do

Design and develop Flutter-based cross‑platform applications
Implement communication interfaces using TCP/IP and publish‑subscribe protocols
Integrate software with manufacturing hardware and test systems
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
Develop automated testing frameworks and validation solutions
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams for compliance
Troubleshoot, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement
Document technical specifications and validation records

What you’ll bring

8-14 years software engineering experience
Strong Flutter and Dart development
