MEP Engineer

About the role

Facilities Engineering team at Cushman & Wakefield India focuses on delivering high‑quality mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions for building projects. The MEP Engineer designs and assesses constructability of MEP services, coordinates with multidisciplinary design teams, and oversees contractor shop drawings, installations, testing, commissioning, and handovers. Based in Bhiwadi, India, on‑site work required at the project location.

What you’ll do

• Develop initial MEP service designs and assess constructability
• Review legal and statutory compliance and obtain approvals
• Coordinate with all service design disciplines
• Ensure contractor shop drawings are submitted and approved
• Oversee execution of services per drawings, specifications, schedule, and quality
• Select vendors and local material suppliers per procurement process
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting equipment
• Handle handovers, including manuals, test certificates, and as‑built drawings
