About the role

The role designs and assesses constructability, coordinates multidisciplinary services, manages shop drawing approvals, and oversees installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of equipment. Based at Godrej BKC, India, this on-site position requires 6+ years of experience in hospital, warehouse, or data‑center projects.
What you’ll do
- Develop initial MEP designs and assess constructability
- Review legal and statutory compliance and obtain approvals
- Coordinate with all service design disciplines
- Ensure contractor shop drawings are approved and implemented
- Oversee execution of services per drawings, schedule, and quality standards
- Select vendors and manage procurement processes
- Install, test, and commission electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Manage handovers, documentation, and training for operational teams
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years MEP experience in hospital/warehouse/data‑center projects
- B.E. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
