Manager / Senior Manager Corporate Strategy

About the role

Corporate Strategy team at Afcons Infrastructure drives long‑term growth by developing and implementing market entry and business expansion plans. The role leads cross‑functional strategy development, conducts economic and competitor analysis, and coordinates high‑visibility events with senior leadership. Based in India with need‑based travel to project sites, this senior manager position offers a hybrid of strategic research and executive communication.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate strategy development with business units and senior leadership
• Lead research on economic trends and new market opportunities
• Organize strategy conclaves and high‑level events
• Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking
• Develop market entry strategies and monitor project delivery

What you’ll bring

MBA (required)

Nice to have

• 5-12 years corporate strategy or management consulting experience
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Advanced MS Excel and presentation skills
• Strong corporate finance knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
