About the role

The Senior Associate designs, implements and optimises Adobe Marketo Engage programs, integrates Marketo with CRM systems, and analyses campaign performance to drive ROI. Bengaluru, on-site role with hybrid collaboration across marketing, sales and IT stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Design and optimise end‑to‑end Marketo automation programs
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into Marketo solutions
- Manage lead lifecycle processes and database governance
- Ensure seamless Marketo‑CRM integration and data accuracy
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and report ROI
- Provide strategic guidance and act as trusted advisor to clients

- 4-8 years marketing automation experience
- 3-5 years hands‑on Adobe Marketo Engage
