About the role
PwC Advisory's Business Application Consulting team helps clients optimise operational efficiency through marketing automation. As a Senior Associate, you will design, implement and optimise Adobe Marketo Engage programs, integrate with CRM systems, and provide data‑driven insights on campaign performance. Bengaluru, on‑site, hybrid model with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement end‑to‑end Marketo programs
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into automation solutions
- Manage lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation and routing
- Ensure data accuracy between Marketo and CRM
- Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing and report ROI
- Maintain platform health and enforce governance
What you’ll bring
- 4-9 years marketing automation experience
- 3-5 years Adobe Marketo Engage expertise
- HTML/CSS proficiency
- CRM integration knowledge
- Campaign design and optimization
- Data governance and ROI measurement
Nice to have
Adobe Marketo Engage certification (preferred)
