About the role

As a Senior Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant you will provide Level 2/3 support for Workday Core HR and Recruiting, troubleshoot production issues, and advise stakeholders across the employee lifecycle. What you’ll do

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Workday Core HR and Recruiting processes
  • Investigate and resolve production issues related to worker data, job changes, and recruiting
  • Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • Support incident, service request, and problem management per SLA/KPI
  • Assist with release impact analysis and minor enhancements
  • Document findings and communicate with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global teams on delivery excellence initiatives
  • Contribute to process optimization and automation efforts

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years Workday HCM experience
  • Hands‑on Core HR and Recruiting expertise
  • Workday certification in Core HCM and/or Recruiting
  • Production support/AMS experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing
  • Knowledge of Workday security and role‑based permissions
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting and calculated fields
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
