About the role

Senior Oracle HCM professional with over a decade of experience in designing, building, and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across multiple modules including Payroll, OTL, Compensation & Benefits, and core HR. Proven expertise in developing HCM extracts, integrating with external applications, and leveraging Oracle BI Publisher for reporting. Skilled in leading technical and functional aspects of implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering project documentation and design specifications. Holds an Oracle Cloud HCM certification and demonstrates strong project management, RFP preparation, and client presentation capabilities. Adept at working with large banking and financial clients to automate regulatory and management reporting, ensuring compliance and performance optimization.

  • Design, build, and configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications
  • Configure HCM modules and extracts for data integration
  • Develop documentation and design specifications
  • Implement Oracle BI Publisher solutions
  • Lead technical and functional aspects of projects
  • Manage project teams and deliverables
  • Prepare RFPs and client presentations
