Senior Associate, Oracle Fusion HCM advises on and implements Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, leading requirement workshops, design, configuration and go-live for large enterprises. Gurugram, India, on-site (office based).

• 10 years Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• 2-3 end-to-end HCM implementations
• In-depth core HR process knowledge
• Client-facing consulting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Cloud HCM core HR certification (advantage)
