About the role

Senior Associate | Oracle HCM at PwC India leads IT/Technology sourcing and procurement for PwC and its clients. Responsible for managing Pan India spend across hardware, software, SaaS, bandwidth, application development, and manpower augmentation, ensuring Capex and Opex procurement aligns with annual operating plans. Leads complex RFX/RFP processes, conducts TCO analysis, and adheres to sourcing policy while implementing industry best practices. Manages vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and repository monitoring, and maintains dashboards and MIS. Requires MBA or equivalent, with 4-7 years experience in IT/Technology sourcing, vendor management, e‑procurement, and contract negotiations. Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, ERP tools (Oracle preferred), Contract Lifecycle Management, Power BI, and MS.

What you’ll do

  • Dedicated resource for managing sourcing of all IT/Technology spend for PwC India and its clients
  • Manage Pan India IT/Telecom spend including hardware, software, SaaS subscriptions, internet bandwidth, application development, manpower augmentation, etc | Capex and Opex Procurement
  • Managing & Leading complex RFX/RFP for IT / Technology purchases
  • TCO analysis, market insight in all RFx
  • Adherence to Sourcing policy
  • Implementing industry best practices
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • Managing purchase requisition received from user team within defined TaT
  • Manage and Monitor spend as per Annual operating plan
  • Managing internal and external audits
  • Managing dashboard and MIS
  • Annual vendor evaluation
  • New vendor development Ø Regular quarterly review with stakeholders on vendor performance
  • Contract management
  • Contract negotiation
  • Contract repository monitoring
  • Knowledge of ERP tool (Oracle preferred) / Contract Lifecycle Management / Power BI / MS

What you’ll bring

  • MBA/Post Graduate with experience in leading IT/Technology Sourcing , Vendor Management, E- Procurement, Contract Negotiations and Governance.
  • BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CAs
