About the role

Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Analyst responsible for configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across global HR, compensation, and talent modules. Provides day‑to‑day techno‑functional assistance, analyzes business processes, designs solutions, resolves defects, and collaborates with stakeholders and vendors. Leads system upgrades, ensures compliance, and mentors colleagues. Requires 4+ years of Oracle HCM experience, bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

What you’ll do

  • Configure and set up Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Provide day‑to‑day techno‑functional support
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
  • Develop solutions using Oracle HCM functionalities
  • Resolve user issues and communicate best practices
  • Liaise with Oracle and third parties on SRs and enhancements
  • Train and coach colleagues
  • Evaluate system upgrades and technology enhancements

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years Oracle HCM techno‑functional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years tech/industry experience
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules (Global HR, Compensation, Talent)
  • Strong skills in HCM extracts, API connectors, reporting & analytics
  • Advanced configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud (workflows, VBS, Flexfields)

Nice to have

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Knowledge of Redwood and Oracle AI concepts
