About the role

Global Delivery Services (GDS) at EY enables seamless, high‑quality support for client and internal teams worldwide. As an Oracle Cloud Marketing Senior Consultant you will design, implement and optimize Oracle Eloqua marketing automation solutions, driving multi‑channel campaigns and lead lifecycle management. Based in Noida, on‑site role, collaborating with sales, digital and IT teams to deliver end‑to‑end marketing transformation.

What you’ll do

  • Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Eloqua solutions
  • Design and execute email, landing page and nurture campaigns
  • Manage lead capture, scoring, routing and handoff processes
  • Configure segments, filters, workflows and program canvases
  • Integrate Eloqua with CRM and enterprise systems
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports
  • Ensure data quality, governance and compliance
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot campaign issues

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years Oracle Eloqua experience
  • Strong hands‑on marketing automation implementation
  • Design and execution of multi‑channel campaigns
  • Lead scoring, lifecycle and journey orchestration
  • Integration of Eloqua with CRM systems
