About the role
Supply Chain Consulting at Huron helps clients accelerate digital transformation of their supply chain operations. The Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant leads end‑to‑end implementations of Order‑to‑Cash and PLM modules, performs fit‑gap analysis, configures workflows, and drives testing and data migration. Works across multiple Indian locations with a hybrid model, supporting client interactions and issue resolution.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations
- Conduct fit‑gap analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Configure workflows, troubleshoot issues, and customize modules
- Develop and execute functional, SIT, and UAT test cases
- Perform data migration and integration with EDI systems
- Manage client‑facing discussions, CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions
- Support period‑end activities and coordinate issue resolutions
- Provide user training and post‑go‑live support
What you’ll bring
- 6‑10 years Oracle Fusion SCM experience
- Hands‑on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
- Lead O2C and PLM functional delivery
- Develop functional and integration test cases
- Perform data upload/migration using FBDI/ADFDi
- Configure BPM workflows and Groovy scripting
- Support period‑end activities and Oracle Support tickets
- Strong communication and analytical skills
