The Technical Consultant delivers end‑to‑end implementations, designs technical solutions, mentors junior staff, and engages with customers to gather requirements and ensure knowledge transfer. What you’ll do

• Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow implementations based on business requirements
• Create technical designs and documentation adhering to Computacenter methodologies
• Increase application efficiency and adapt solutions to new requirements
• Present at customer meetings and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Lead technical implementations and mentor junior team members

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years ServiceNow application development
• Experience with JavaScript, SOAP/REST, XML/JSON, Angular.js
• Configuring FSM, CSM, ITAM, Now App Engine, SecOps modules
• Technical leadership and mentoring junior consultants
• Agile SDLC experience
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM, SPM, ITAM, ITBM)
