About the role
Milestone Technologies Solutions team drives digital transformation through ServiceNow implementations. The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant partners with architects to assess processes, design and configure ServiceNow solutions, and lead workshops and integration efforts. Mumbai, onsite, 20% travel required.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Solutions Architect to assess current state and define requirements
- Configure, develop, and integrate ServiceNow applications
- Lead requirements, scoping, and design workshops
- Produce process and training guides
- Support practice build and develop intellectual property
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years ITSM/asset management experience
- 5+ years ServiceNow platform experience
- 5+ years professional services consulting
- ITIL v4 Foundations certification or commitment within 8 weeks
- ITAM HAM and SAM Pro certifications or commitment within 8 weeks
- ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications or commitment within 90 days
- Experience with ITAM, HAM, SAM Pro implementations
- Ability to travel up to 20%
