About the role
ServiceNow Delivery team at Cprime drives enterprise transformation through the Now Platform. The Senior Technical Consultant leads end‑to‑end solution architecture, designs integrations, data models, security and portal experiences across ITSM, ITOM, CSM and other product lines. They mentor developers, run design workshops and ensure platform standards while delivering complex implementations. Hybrid work across Hyderabad and Chennai, with occasional onsite client engagements.
What you’ll do
- Own technical architecture for ServiceNow programs
- Design integration patterns and data/security models
- Lead design workshops and architecture reviews
- Mentor development teams on best practices
- Define platform standards for scripting, CI/CD and portal design
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years ServiceNow implementation or architecture
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
- Experience with Employee Center and CSM portal design
- Proven client‑facing consulting and workshop facilitation
