About the role

Consulting Services practice in India, part of Global Consulting Services at Flexera, helps customers deploy and configure Flexera’s cloud and on‑premises solutions to solve complex problems. The Senior Technical Consultant acts as a technical advisor, translating requirements into specifications, designing integrations, and delivering solution enablement and training. Remote work from India, full‑time, with opportunities to innovate and improve processes.

What you’ll do

• Analyze customer requirements and create specification documents
• Integrate Flexera solutions with customer environments from kickoff to close‑out
• Convert on‑premises solutions to Flexera SaaS offerings
• Design integrations between Flexera and third‑party systems
• Create high‑quality documentation and training materials
• Scope projects, prepare service descriptions and effort estimates
• Innovate processes to increase standards and quality

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years consulting in IT
• Strong consultative and technical background
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP
• Expertise in REST, SOAP, T‑SQL, PowerShell
• Knowledge of networking, security, and IT asset management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Self‑starter with problem‑solving attitude
