About the role

HPE Operations, the innovative IT services organization, empowers customers to accelerate digital transformation by deploying right technology solutions. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you design enterprise solutions, lead cross‑functional teams, and provide strategic technical guidance to senior IT leaders. The role is based in Bengaluru with an additional location in Chennai, requiring onsite presence at HPE offices. You will also mentor peers, support sales initiatives, and contribute to industry‑recognised technical events.

What you’ll do

• Provide detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions
• Lead large cross‑functional teams for architecture and implementation deliverables
• Offer technical direction to resolve complex issues and ensure on‑time delivery
• Advise senior IT leadership on strategic direction
• Develop reusable solutions and workarounds
• Produce strategies to position company as market leader
• Support sales activities and proposal production
• Mentor team members and foster professional community

What you’ll bring

12+ years professional experience, Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
