About the role
Milestone Logistics ServiceNow Practice drives digital transformation by migrating legacy ITSM platforms to modern solutions. The Technical Consultant serves as the ServiceNow SME, analyzing existing implementations, defining migration strategies, and collaborating with Salesforce ITSM architects to map and transform data, workflows, and integrations. Works onsite in Bangalore with a hybrid schedule, engaging clients in workshops, documentation, and governance activities.
What you’ll do
- Act as ServiceNow technical SME for migration initiatives
- Analyze and document current ServiceNow configurations and processes
- Define migration strategies for data, configurations, and workflows
- Collaborate with Salesforce ITSM teams on mapping and redesign
- Support testing, validation, and post‑migration verification
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years ServiceNow administration or consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and architecture
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, and scripting
- Proven data migration and ETL expertise
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication
