Senior Engineer, Digital Workplace Services

About the role

Digital Workplace Services team at Linxon focuses on modernizing enterprise endpoint environments and driving digital workplace transformation. The Senior Engineer will administer Microsoft Intune, manage MDM/MAM policies, configure Windows Autopilot, and develop PowerShell automation for patching and vulnerability remediation. Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, on-site role with occasional hybrid flexibility, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint management
• Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot provisioning profiles
• Package, test, and deploy Windows applications (MSI, EXE, MSIX)
• Execute monthly patching activities and manage patch compliance
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance status, and vulnerability remediation
• Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles
• Participate in endpoint modernization and digital workplace initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Modern Workplace technologies
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Autopilot, Azure AD/Entra ID, and device compliance
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for app lifecycle management
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation processes
• Familiarity with ITIL incident and change management processes
