About the role

Digital Engineering function within the Global Technology Centre (GTC) drives digital transformation of infrastructure delivery across highways, rail, utilities, water, energy and aviation. As a Senior Digital Engineer you will lead information management, digital delivery, computational design automation and data analytics initiatives, guiding multidisciplinary teams to implement ISO 19650 standards, BIM workflows and emerging technologies such as Digital Twins and AI‑enabled tools. Based in Bangalore and Mumbai, India with a hybrid work model (flexible onsite days), you will mentor junior engineers, develop standards and support stakeholder collaboration, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

  • Lead implementation of information management processes and ISO 19650 standards
  • Develop and execute digital delivery strategies and coordinate BIM models
  • Design and deploy computational design workflows and automation tools
  • Create data visualisation dashboards and analytics frameworks
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as Digital Twins and AI solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster capability development
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure digital handover and asset information quality
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across digital engineering practices

What you’ll bring

  • 8-12 years experience in infrastructure/engineering
  • Strong Digital Engineering and BIM expertise
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 workflows
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary Digital Engineering projects
  • Experience with computational design and automation
