About the role

AI Advisory team at PwC focuses on building cutting‑edge agentic and generative AI solutions for enterprise clients. The Senior Associate defines and executes roadmaps for autonomous agents, evaluates emerging GenAI technologies, and leads architecture of intelligent agent frameworks. Works onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating with executive leadership to align AI strategy with business goals and overseeing LLM fine‑tuning for domain‑specific use cases.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute long‑term roadmap for Agentic AI and GenAI initiatives
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities for autonomous agents
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI strategy
• Lead architecture and development of intelligent agent frameworks
• Oversee application of LLMs, multimodal models, and fine‑tuning strategies
• Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI/Agentic technologies

What you’ll bring

• 4-7 years experience
• B.Tech or M.Tech or MBA or MCA degree
• Proficiency with GenAI/Agentic technologies such as AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, DSPy
• Industry experience in finance or consulting
• Track record of open‑source AI contributions
• Understanding of regulatory and ethical implications of autonomous AI
