About the role
AI + Data Transformation Office (ADTO) at PwC Advisory focuses on building cutting‑edge agentic and generative AI solutions for enterprise clients. The Senior Associate defines AI roadmaps, identifies high‑value autonomous agent opportunities, leads architecture of intelligent agent frameworks, and oversees LLM fine‑tuning and integration. Based in Bengaluru, on‑site at the Millenia campus, hybrid flexibility may be offered.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute AI roadmap
- Identify and prioritize agentic AI opportunities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on AI strategy
- Lead architecture of intelligent agent frameworks
- Oversee LLM application and fine‑tuning
- Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI technologies
What you’ll bring
4-7 years experience
Nice to have
- GenAI/Agentic tech (AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, DSPy)
- Experience in finance or consulting domains
- Open‑source AI framework contributions
- Understanding of regulatory and ethical AI implications
