Senior Cloud Business Manager

About the role
Cloud Services Team at Capgemini Insurance drives multi‑cloud strategy and enterprise architecture across Azure, AWS and OCI. The Senior Cloud Business Manager leads and coaches a distributed team of cloud engineers, oversees cloud migration, automation and IaC initiatives, and partners with Infrastructure, Security and Application teams to ensure reliable service delivery. Based in Pune or Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, the role includes on‑call rotation and opportunities for career development.
What you’ll do
- Lead and develop distributed cloud engineering team
- Serve as senior escalation point for cloud platform issues
- Drive cloud migration, modernization and automation using IaC
- Establish cloud architecture standards and design patterns
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security and Application teams for cohesive operations
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Maintain technical documentation and CMDB entries
- Manage on‑call rotas and incident escalation
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years infrastructure management
- Experience with z/OS
- DB2 expertise
- CICS experience
- Advanced storage knowledge
